SRS Acquisition Corporation announces the Acquisition of Shake & Shingle Supply in Coppell, TX.
SRS Acquisition Corporation (“SRS” or “the Company”) announced today that it has acquired the last remaining Shake & Shingle Supply location in Coppell, Texas (“Shake & Shingle”). Shake & Shingle Supply, an independent distributor of roofing products servicing the north Dallas area, was founded in 1977 and is the sister location to the Shake & Shingle Supply in Denver that SRS acquired two years ago.
The branch is located in Coppell, a north Dallas suburb which is between our two other current Dallas and Keller locations in the DFW metroplex. This new expanded footprint will allow customers to have an additional third location to service their needs and it will increase our capacity in this very storm prone market.
The business will migrate quickly to operate under the Southern Shingles name to ensure continuity for customers, employees and suppliers. This new Coppell branch will operate as part of Southern Shingle’s North district and fall under the responsibility of District Manager, Greg Robinson.
